About his work Randall says, "I seek to see well the simple eternal beauty of everyday objects; to describe in a way that only the painted image can adequately communicate."
Randall is an award winning artist currently living in New York City. In 2005 he won the O. Alden James Award at the National Arts Club 29th Annual Student Exhibition. In 2004 he won the John Young-Hunter Memorial Award for painting in the Allied Artists of America's 91st Annual Show at the National Arts Club New York, that year he was also the recipiant of the Fantasy Fountain Fund's Summer Study Scholership to study alla-prima painting in the South of France for 6 weeks. And in 2003, while attending the National Academy, NY, he was awarded the Louis Le Beaume scholarship for Painting.
Randall's paintings are held in many private collections locally, nationally and internationally.
The artist studied at the Art Student's League of New York where he received trainning from such renowned teachers as Harvey Dinnerstein and Mary Beth McKenzie. He also served as class monitor for the artist Costa Vavagiakis.
