The dynamics of each testing event varies.  Here's an overview of the program at Little Rock Baptist Church in Detroit, where Dr. Jim Holley is the pastor.   Dr. Holley exhibited tremendous support of this program which lasted two days.  The Saturday segment was open to members of the community and Sunday to church members.
