Was assigned to create the campaign for the
newest section of Kolbotn Torg real-estate that lies about 10 minutes outside of  Oslo. We needed something that would sell not only by showing the modern apartments, but also the unique balance of urban lifestyle combined with natural surroundings
and culture center that Kolbotn offers.

This solution was reached by first creating an abstract cover that gave a modern yet natural feeling of wind and water, combined with pictures and 3-D renderings. The brochure was physically divided up into three parts with special printing and cutting techniques.

Responsable for concept, art direction, brochure design, web design, web ads, environmental banners, and power-point presentation. Completed under Formasjon Design Group.
