With them he has contributed solo roles as tenor soloist in Mozart’s C Minor Mass for European Broadcasting Union broadcast, Arioch in Handel’s Belshazzer with the King’s Consort, Japanese envoi in Stravinsky’s Le Rossignol at the BBC proms and Shakespeare in the premiere of John Poole’s The Colour of My Song. He has returned to New Zealand for Bach’s Matthew Passion and Mozart’s Requiem. In recital Christopher has recently explored French baroque works by Couperin, Monteclair and Brossard.
