I charge a flat fee for your documents, and unless you have specific gifts or extensive property descriptions that involve lengthy typing, there likely will be no additional charges to those listed below.

In most situations I will prepare a “Will package” for my clients. This involves a Will for both spouses, a durable power of attorney (financial) for both spouses and a power of attorney for health care for both spouses.Will package: $450 w/out testamentary trust; $550 with testamentary trust

A Will with no testamentary trusts included: $200 for a single person; $300 for a married couple.

A Will that includes a testamentary trust: $300 for a single person; $400 for a married couple. Each additional testamentary trust will increase the fee $50.

A Revocable Living Trust package includes a Pour-Over Will, a durable power of attorney and a medical power of attorney, the fee is $700 for a single person, and $800 for a married couple.

Deeds, Codicils, single Powers of Attorney: $50 each

Mileage to and from your house: no charge.
