PAYMENT AND POLICY INFORMATION

GENERAL POLICY INFORMATION
- Weekly summer rentals are structured for on a Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday basis - property specific.
- Check-In time is between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. of the arrival day.
- Check-Out time is 9:00 A.M. of the departure day. LATE departure fee will apply.
- Guests need to bring their own bath/beach towels. (ALL bed linens are provided.)

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Half of the rent is due at the time of making your reservation to secure dates.

FULL PAYMENT OF RENT
Balance of rental payment PLUS a security deposit (amount varies depending on property) is due by June 15, 2009 for summer rentals unless otherwise specified and discussed with Majestic Escapes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation may be made by telephone only.
- If the cancellation is made and we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the reservation deposit minus a $500 cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made and we are unable to re-rent the property, the full reservation deposit will be forfeited.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A security deposit is required and must be paid, along with the balance of the rental payment, by June 15, 2009 (or otherwise specified and discussed) prior to arrival. The security deposit will be reimbursed upon successful inspection of property and belongings by property manager/owner. If there is no damage found to property and belongings, the security deposit will be returned within approximately 21 business days from the check-out date. We can simply hold credit card information for this purpose as well.

* All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax.

* There will be an additional 3% Convenience Fee charged to all credit card transactions.

* We do accept all major credit cards.
