#1 in The Big Red Angel SeriesDedicated to Megan
Skipper is so excited to open her presents first thing on Christmas morning. Barbie and Ken purchased Skipper's first Barbie from The Big Red Angel. 60% of the purchase price was donated to Heifer International to lend poor families a caring helping hand.
Megan has been so kind and has donated several mint Vintage Barbie items. She has really been a great helping hand for me.
Barbie Marlo Flip Model 1160 circa 1968: I just love this doll. She has all of her original makeup, eyelashes are nice and full. Barbie's hair is full and includes the spit curl. She has beautiful pink/red lips, dark eyebrows and big blue eyes. She has 40% of her nail polish on both hands. Her knees bend and hold firmly in all three poses. She has light paling of her face, but it is even and she displays beautifully.
Ken Painted Hair model 750 circa 1962: Ken is in near mint condition. He has perfect face makeup and hair. His body is super clean with a nice even tone
Skipper model 950 circa 1964-66: Skipper is in perfect shape. Her hair is soft and shiny. Her body has a nice even tone and is super clean.
Sleepy Set #3487 circa 1972: A pink shorty gown in sheer nylon, lined with tricot and a floral stripe bodice. Lovely print cotton robe ties with contrasting green satin ribbon. In very good condition.
Sleeper Set #781 circa 1961-1963: Ken gets comfortable in his blue striped pajama's. Includes the honeybun, clock and glass of milk. This set is complete and in mint condition. Includes the rare TM tag with attached inspection tag. Elastic is mint on the pants. The blue stripe version is rare and I think Ken looks best in blue.
Dream time #1909 circa 1964-1966: This set is so cute. I love the little Kitty. Includes the fleece robe with a kitty printed on the pocket. Darling two piece pink dotted pajama's with lace trim. Skipper's little blue kitty, blue princess phone, directory and her hot pink felt slippers. Set is complete and in near mint condition.
Skippers mini Barbie: I love these little Barbie's. Includes the box, doll and little brochure
Christmas Stocking and Book: Skipper's stocking is filled with a handmade gingerbread girl and two lollipops by Lola Renner. The little chocolate bear with the candy cane is also handmade by Lola Renner. Handmade Twelve Days of Christmas book by Lynn. Each page is printed in full color graphics. Lynn's books are so detailed.
Coffee pot, cups and tray: very detailed made of sturdy plastic
Plate of Cookies: These are handmade by Jade. She is so talented. I love her cookies.
Presents: Handmade by Gerald Fritz. His attention to detail is amazing.
Christmas Tree: Includes vintage glass bulbs and colored lights.
Couch, Table and Rug: These are handmade of wood and very sturdy heavy pieces. They were made for a Barbie trade show and one of a kind. The table has been repaired and has a few minor nicks on the legs, but otherwise like new. Rug is woven in turkey. These are very detailed.
Gift Box: Includes a very nice gift box with a Vintage Barbie theme and a large red organza bow. I also include a coordinating card with a picture of the set, signed and numbered by The Big Red Angel.
