Ken and Barbie are feeling so good tonight because they had such a successful year. Their favorite charity is Bread For World and they have spread their wealth. Seeking Justice and ending Hunger is the mission statement. Of course their faithful dog Sasha is always welcome in Key West. Everyone needs to come together to try and ease the world's pain.
The time is now.
Barbie ponytail #6 model 850 circa 1962-66: She is a very pretty doll with a very sweet face. She has coral lips, dark eyebrows and big blue eyes. She has nearly 100% of her nail polish on both hands and feet. Eyebrows and lips were touched up. Brows because the ends had faded and lips because the top was missing color by Kris Petersen, one of the best in the business. Barbie's hair is thick, full and was restyled into the original ponytail; with soft curls falling around her shoulders.
Ken #1 Flocked Hair model 750 circa 1961: I must say this is my favorite Ken Doll. It is so hard to find him with a nice head of hair. This is one handsome fellow. He has all of his flocked hair, perfect face paint, an even body tone.
Dogs ‘n Duds #1613 circa 1964-1965: I love this set. The dog is in very good condition and includes a box of dog food, bowl, red leash, bone and a red velvet coat with white lining. The velvet coat was made to coordinate with Barbie’s Red Flare. Don’t ya love that.
Red Flare #939 circa 1962-1965: This set is complete and mint. The lining on the coat is perfect with a perfect label and inspection tag. Includes her red velvet pillbox hat, purse, red shoes marked Japan and her long tricot gloves not pictured, but included and in perfect condition.
Golden Girl #911 circa 1959-1962: This is the lame sheath dress only. It is in excellent conditon.
Tuxedo #787 circa 1961-1965: This is my favorite classic tux. This set is in excellent condition. Includes the jacket with the little flower, pants cummberbund,bow tie, socks and japan shoes. The original elastic is perfect on the cummberbund and I repaired the elastic on the tie.
Jewelry: Handmade by Dolly Delights. I love these reproduction sets. She is the best.
Altar Table: Beautiful handmade wooden piece.
Woven Rug from Turkey.
Leather Books: These are such nice mini real leather books.
Clay Orchid: Handmade by Thai artisans and very detailed. Non-toxic Japanese clay is used.
Key West Citizen: This is a mini version of a newspaper and I had the Key West Citizen added.
Large Vase: Very nice ceramic vase.
Porcelain Display Plate: Beautifully detailed porcelain plate, includes stand and a bottle of sparkling wine with two glasses.
Gift Box: Includes a very nice gift box with a Vintage Barbie theme and a large red organza bow. I also include a coordinating card with a picture of the set, numbered and signed by The Big Red Angel.
