Self Love Project

I am collecting stories about people's experiences of self-love and their personal/spiritual freedom. These experiences can be big or small, simple or profound moments in your life. They are a time when you made a loving choice for your self, above all else. If you are willing to share, I would like to hear your self-love story...where you recall a moment, life event, manifestation, conscious choice, or transformational experience in which you consciously and lovingly held your self, spirit, desire, or soul purpose as your highest priority.

This self-love experience may have been a single, simple and yet profound moment, it may be a lifelong journey, or somewhere in between. It may have involved great patience, trusting your inner vibes, following your bliss, taking action after previous patterns of passivity, standing firm and grounded in the face of adversity, letting go, starting over, healing, changes in eating or life habits, relationships, facing or releasing fear, balancing karma, spiritual enlightenment, and much more. Whatever face of self-love you experienced, that courageous or beautiful event when you knew you had a made a choice for your Self, your Spirit, and/or your True Being above All else, I would appreciate hearing your story.

I intend to include elements and themes from these stories in a book I will publish when complete. Please know that all identifying information will be changed to protect confidentiality.

Please include in your "story": a description of the circumstances surrounding the experience, why it was significant for YOU (include how you knew it was the loving choice for YOU), how the experience changed/effected your life, and any additional outcomes or lessons that came to you as a result of the experience.
