Loren Lyle

Loren is an organizational systems improvement consultant and human performance technologist.  He has experience with U.S Governmental agencies, and Fortune 500 companies in the industrial manufacturing and transportation sectors.  His expertise includes organizational systems analysis,  job task and human performance systems analysis, organizational leadership assessment, procedural design and optimization, leadership training, and workplace effectiveness training.  Loren is enthusiastic about improving organizational performance, and is recognized for his analytical and organizational diagnostic capabilities.
Loren received his Bachelor's degree from the California Maritime Academy in 1988, and his Master of Science in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University in 2005.  He is a past lecturer for the International Society for Performance improvement, and has spoken on how to effectively put educational theory into practice in the workplace.
Loren currently lives in Boise, Idaho.
