Aerospace:
We have developed leadership, change management, and training for NASA while helping them improve their business planning and decision making models.
Health Care:
Facilitated strategic planning and introduced the balanced scorecard as a model for implementing strategic initiatives for a major Northwest clinical lab.
Energy:
Developed a competency model for maintenance management personal, based on concept mapping, which was used for succession planning, training and development, and performance appraisals.
Environmental Training:
Planned, established, and managed a corporate university for a major Department of Energy contractor.
Education:
Developed business and marketing plan for a start up consortium of community and technical colleges in the 8 state northwest region. Put in place board of directors, procedures for governance, and wrote successful grants totaling $350,000 in two years.
Developed and delivered project management and business development classes in the People's Republic of China.
Semiconductor manufacturing:
Worked with a major chip manufacturer in developing leadership courses, competency based interviewing, and performance management.
