Tenny is the CEO of the POV Collaborative, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in the enhancement of employee, supervisory, management and executive performance in organizations. Clients of the POV Collaborative are from the consumer products, municipal and federal government agencies, academic institutions, financial service, health care, commercial real estate and publishing industries. These clients choose from online, individual and group learning options. Tenny is recognized for her specific expertise helping POV's clients (1) actualize talents, (2) clarify personal vision /goals and (3) develop methods to align their talents and goals with the organization's strategic direction. Tenny has developed a series of coaching and learning offerings as well as individual and group assessments, surveys and questionnaires used to guide this development.
Tenny is an organizational psychologist. Tenny draws upon her executive level experience in Fortune 500 companies as well as her scientific academic training to clarify individual and organizational strategic direction. Tenny has earned theB.A. in Biology /Psychology from Huston-Tillotson College in Austin, Texas; theM.ED. in Organization Behavior fromHarvard University in Cambridge, MA; and the M.A. in Psychology and her Ph.D. on Media Psychology from The Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
